🗓 Program Dates:
November 15 – December 15, 2025

 

 

🎁 What rewards can I choose from?

You may select one of the following:

  • A physical item (some are clothing items—sizing charts will be provided)

  • A donation made on your behalf to a veteran organization

  • A Visa gift card delivered via email

⚠️ Note: Rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

 

🪖 Which veteran organizations are included?

You can choose to support:

  • Charity 1 - Info to follow

  • Charity 2 - Info to follow

Donations will be made at the end of the program period.

 

 

🛒 Can I choose more than one reward?

No. You may select only one reward. Once an item is added to your cart, all other options will be greyed out.

 

 

🔄 What if I change my mind?

Before checkout, you can remove the item from your cart. This will unlock all options again so you can make a new selection.

 

 

🚫 Can I exchange my reward after receiving it?

No. All selections are final once ordered. Exchanges are not permitted.

 

 

📦 How will I receive my reward?

  • Physical items will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

  • Visa gift cards will be sent to your email within 5 business days of checkout.

  • Donations will be processed at the end of the program.

 

 

👕 What if I choose a clothing item?

Sizing charts will be available to help you choose the correct size. Please review them carefully before making your selection.

 

 

📧 What if I don’t receive my reward?

If you haven’t received your reward within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance. 

  • Please email XXXXXX with your order number if you have any questions regarding your order.

 

 

 How long will my physical item take to arrive, and who will it be shipped with?

  • Orders typically arrive within 5-10 days.

  • Orders are fulfilled with a variety of shipping partners depending on location and which carrier is best suited for that location.

  • Most common used partners are Canpar, UPS and Canada Post**

  • **Canada Post is not used during a strike
